All-Day Package
Weekend Rate: $1,700 – Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
Weekday Rate: $850 – Monday through Thursday
- 9AM – 10PM (13hrs)
- 0-50 people
- 2hr rehearsal during the week
Intimate
Half-Day Package
Weekend Rate: $800 – Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
Weekday Rate: $400 – Monday through Thursday
- 6 Hour time frame between the hours of 9AM and 10PM
- 0-50 people
- 2hr rehearsal during the week

Day of Coordinator
Hire our DOC to help coordinate your big day! The DOC makes sure all the couple’s hard work comes to life while they enjoy their wedding day stress free!
Includes but is not limited to…
Before Event
- Event timeline guidance and/or creation
- Floor plan recommendations for ceremony/reception
- May help during rehearsal if needed
During Event
- Set up tables, chairs, place settings, decor, etc.
- Coordinate with arriving vendors
- Make sure timeline is executed without a hitch
After Event
- Clean up trash at the end of the night
- Put away venue’s decor, tables, and chairs
- Make sure wedding party suites are clean and emptied of personal belongings

Elopement Packages
✨ Explore our newest elopement packages! Many of you have been asking for something a little more specific to fit your needs. We are here to serve you, so we have created two different elopement packages tailored to the couples who want to get away from their everyday reality and immerse themselves in the beautiful freedom of eloping!
Elopement Package #1 – Bare Bones
$300
Includes
– 1 hour use of venue rental (indoor, outdoor, and separate wedding suites)
– An officiant who will personalize your ceremony to your love story
– Two witnesses, but you may have two guests instead
Elopement Package #2 – Getaway
Starts at $625 (Inquire for availability and pricing)
Includes
– Everything in Elopement Package #1
– PLUS a 2 night stay in a 1 bedroom condo in Branson, MO. Pricing and availability varies, so contact us ASAP for the best rate! (636) 667-2471
Party Packages
The Woods is perfect for ALL intimate gatherings such as a beautiful bridal shower, gender reveal, birthday party, baby shower, or family holiday dinner (don’t forget we have a full kitchen)!
INCLUDED:
– 6hr timeframe of your choice between 9AM & 10PM (gives plenty of time to set up, party, and tear down)
– Indoor venue space that accommodates up to 50 people
– Surrounding outdoor yard
